Senior Property/General Manager for Mixed Use Shopping Destination

Your new company
Very successful large REIT specializing in US shopping centers. With more than 60 years in the business, this company has established themselves as one of the top shopping center acquisitions, development and management companies in the country.

Your new role
This General Manager will be tasked with managing a 100 acre shopping destination with over 1m sqft of retail and restaurants. You will be responsible for the property operations, budget development, vendor management, capital improvement planning and implementation, and staff supervision.
What you'll need to succeed
You must possess strong leadership skills, and have 7+ years experience in Retail Property and Facilities Management. Looking for someone with operations experience, but must also understand (and execute) marketing strategies, advertising plans, and leasing. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to maintain good relations with tenants, and municipal organizations. Proficient in Microsoft Office. 4 year degree is a plus.
