Hays has partnered with one of the largest real estate services firms who are looking to bring on board an experienced Facilities Specialist for oversight of properties in the surrounding region of Little Rock, Arkansas!

Your new role

As the Facilities Specialist you will report directly to the Facilities Manager and be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations for about 90 stores in the surrounding area. Other duties may include but are not limited to administrative work, liaising with vendors, store planning, meeting budgets, store set-ups/ closures, and financial reports.

What you'll need to succeed
  • You will have 4-6 years of work experience in the facilities management field
  • It is preferred to have maintenance and construction experience as well as common knowledge of property operations
  • You will need exceptional tech skills, customer service skills, and communication skills
  • You will need an associates degree in a similar field


What you'll get in return

You will receive an excellent compensation package starting at 55k-65K as well as great benefits, such as medical and 401K.
