Facilities Manager - San Francisco - High-Rise

NOW HIRING a FACILITIES MANAGER in Downtown San Francisco for a Class A High Rise!

Hays has partnered with a renowned real estate investor and developer who are located in over 200 cities across the world. This firm is looking to hire a Facilities Manager to be based at one of their client offices and support the overall facilities operations in downtown San Francisco, CA.

Your new role
As the Facilities Manager you will be supporting the overall day to day operations of a Class A High-Rise building. Your duties will include, but are not limited to managing a team of 5+ people, vendor management, budgeting, site inspections, and managing the overall day to day operations of the facility itself.

What you'll need to succeed
  • You will have experience overseeing a team of direct reports
  • You will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in the Facilities Management field (high-rise experience a plus)
  • You will have excellent communication skills with internally and externally
  • You will have excellent budget management skills (variances, annual budget, etc.)
  • College degree is preferred
