Multi-family Area Maintenance Coordinator

Your new company
This Multi-family Property Management company is privately owned and has a central focus on growth. Currently their portfolio consists of 6000 units, with plans to expand beyond 10,000 units by the end of the year.

Your new role
For this role you will be the Area Maintenance Coordinator responsible for the Houston portfolio which consists of about 8 properties, 2000+ units. For this role you will need to be prepared to complete the necessary administrative work that comes along with a leadership role, but also be willing and able to jump in to assist Property Managers and turn keys as well as complete work orders if needed.

What you'll need to succeed
  • 5+ years experience in Maintenance Management
  • Experience managing 3 or more sites concurrently
  • Strong work ethic and self starter

What you'll get in return
Compensation for this role starts at $60K, based on experience with a benefits package as well as the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company.
