Hays Facilities Management are partnered with a prestigious leader in Publishing & Media to find an Office Facility Coordinator for a 7-month contract in Downtown Louisville.

Your new role
The job duties for this role include the following:
- Day-to-day office coordination (Mail, Administrative, Reception and Return-to-Work efforts)
- Handle incoming inquiries, greet vendors, contractors
- Coordinate light office moves (document)
- Employee badging and vendor management of the site

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Prior corporate office support a big plus
- Working knowledge of ticketing systems like ServiceNow is preferred, but not required
- Detail-oriented, organized, and great communicator to all levels of the business
- * Be on site in the office 5 days a week during normal business hours*
