Multiple Facilities Technicians needed for a leading Non-Profit with a strong presence in Greater Philly!

Hays Facilities Management are partnered with a leading Non-Profit. They are looking to add multiple Facilities Technicians to support their ongoing efforts.
Your new role
The job duties of the Facilities Technician will include, among others:
- Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on a variety of commercial and residential properties
- Assess the work of 3rd parties and vendors to ensure completion
- Work with Engineers, Architects and Project Managers on renovations and installs
- Oversee Boilers, HVAC and Electrical systems
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:
- Experience with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing)
- Ability to read blueprints, specs and maintenance manuals
- Knowledge of building systems, building codes and energy management/efficiencies
- Valid Driver's License- (You will be provided with a company-issued Sprinter Van)
