Your new role
2.1 To support the financial manager in carrying out the responsibilities of the Finance / Accounting Department. 2.2 To relieve the financial manager of certain responsibilities that will allow them to spend a greater portion of their time on Financial Statement preparation and analysis, Budget and Variance issues, and Forecasting.

What you'll need to succeed
5.1 Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5.2 Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management, co-workers, and clientele. 5.3 Intermediate to advanced excel skills 5.4 Ability to learn new applications/systems quickly and experienced with ERP and financial reporting systems. 5.5 Excellent verbal, written communication and organization skills. 5.6 Fluent in Spanish written and verbal. 5.7 Internal Customer Service
