An American Company is seeking a Remote Commercial Coordinator

Role Description

• Under general guidance, the Commercial Coordinator works autonomously to monitor RFP/MOD mailboxes, ensure the RFP/MOD requests are complete.
• Performs all allocation requirements and ensures that appropriate executive management is involved in bid review. Maintains accuracy for gPDQ, eMap and Axis application systems to include report coordination, logistics and budgets are final for contract modifications.
• Responds to bid review audits, and provides overall support to the team. Instrumental in the productivity, success and adherence to all C&PD processes and procedures.

Skills & Requirements

• Experience with RFP management (managing the RFP inbox, data entry around RFP details and allocations.)
• MS Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong attention to detail, able to multi-task and work in a team environment
• Prior experience with contracts, contract modifications and/or contract proposals
• Experience in a pharma or CRO is highly preferred
• Associate's Degree at minimum with Bachelors preferred
• 3+ years providing technical/administrative support with demonstrated ability to take on increasing levels of responsibility (within clinical trial industry preferred)
• 2+ years computer experience required Or equivalent combination of education, professional training and experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills and abilities for the job Knowledge,
• Skills and Abilities: Excellent knowledge and proficiency in using Microsoft Office software
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to handle high levels of pressure and multi-task Ability to coordinate information and follow up with appropriate resources Must be detail oriented
• Strong analytical skills Ability to prioritize efficiently and exhibit excellent time management skills
• Must be self-motivated and possess a positive attitude and maturity
• Must be able to handle confidential information appropriately
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Prior work experience dealing with contracts, contract modifications and/or contract proposals (preferred)
• Prior experience in a pharmaceutical or CRO industry (preferred)
