Our client is an American Multinational Conglomerate Corporation operating in the fields of industry, worker safety, US Health care, and consumer goods. Your new role
You will be working together with SIBG divisions and Integrated Marketing Teams on a budget plan, including an allocation split. You will do budget monitoring utilizing the budget tracking tool (excel). You will request POs based on the input provided by Integrated Marketing Team, making sure the correct budget coding. You will follow up on the status of PO requests as well as invoices status to make sure of accuracy. You will ensure that the expenses of the accounts managed do not exceed the divisions’ allocated budget. You will create and interpret monthly budget reports (Plan vs spend). You will also be providing administrative support to the Integrated Marketing Team and your core hours are from 8 am to 5 pm CST.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or Marketing Analytics (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution. You will have 1-3 years of previous experience ideally in marketing finance. You will also have excellent analytical skills, with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint fluency. High attention to detail and data accuracy. You are a go-getter with accountability and taking responsibility and ownership for your own tasks, decisions, and outcomes. You will deliver consistent results and hit deadlines within the scope of your own role. You have a win-together attitude - collaborating and establishing multi-functional teams across structures dedicated to driving integrated marketing. You will gather and synthesize data, building it easy to understand the reporting structure. You will have a demonstrated ability to translate information and data into actionable insights and recommendations.
