Your new role
This position will support corporate action projects and perform tasks that support program management of our clients' 401k. Project work would include but not be limited to: implementing process changes, contributing to participant communication and education, updating vendor requirements to drive vendor excellence, monitoring and responding to escalated issues to identify and eliminate root causes of issue and ensuring data integrity and accuracy. You'll work with the 401k manager and vendor to identify trends while performing core responsibilities such as the following: researching delinquent loans, researching and monitoring escalations, researching and responding to items such as international and other edits, pay frequency changes, and plan-to-plan employee transfers, attending monthly retirement meetings and tracking questions and making recommendations for improved education resources, and working with payroll to make corrections. In doing this work, identify and implement process improvements to reduce/eliminate manual intervention and errors. Also, identify or act on escalation trends and work with vendor to implement process improvements in the following examples: distributions, in-plan Roth conversions, and Net Unrealized Appreciation (NUA).

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or HR. You'll also need a minimum of 3 years of related experience, and experience with implementing process improvements and managing 401k vendors.
