Having secured a number of clients in Houston, they are looking for a Facilities Management Area Manager to manage multiple clients.
As the Facilities Area Manager, you will provided leadership for a group of cleaning staff . The focus of this job will be work hands-on in leading, instructing, and educating various team members, emphasizing good maintenance practices, and provide quality building maintenance.
Facilities Manager is disciplined and motivated to take stewardship of work responsibilities and remain organized. The Facilities Manager is responsible for coordinating with fellow supervisors and team leaders on projects and special events in a teamwork environment. They will also provide support to other management operations as requested by Operations Manager.
