Your new role
Working alongside HR leadership, you will be responsible for carrying out all functions within HR including recruitment, onboarding, training, compensation, benefits, HRIS, policy implementation, employment law compliance, projects, corporate HR initiatives and other duties as assigned.
What you'll need to succeed
What you'll get in return
- 5-7 years of experience in multiple functions within Human Resources (Tech/Cyber Industry background is a plus!)
- Experience with the full spectrum of HR including recruitment, performance management, benefits, compensation and payroll practices, employee relations, HRIS/ATS systems
- Experience working with business leaders to implement new HR projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business (or similar) and knowledge of employment legislation
You will be working in a high growth and exciting industry within the cyber security world, which will gain you inside knowledge of this hyper growth area. You will be fully onsite in the beginning (for training purposes) but have the opportunity to work a hybrid model in the future (given the ability to maintain consistent performance). They also provide great employee benefits and there is a 5% bonus.
