Construction Manager required for Owner/Developer in Los Angeles

Our client is a National Real Estate firm offering a broad suite of Real Estate Services to their clients to include Acquisitions, Investments, Developments & Construction Management. With there portfolio of clients continuing to expand in Los Angeles a unique opportunity has opened up for a Construction Manager to join the team.
Your new role In the role as Construction Manager you will be responsible for a portfolio of projects under construction across a number of asset classes to include Corporate Office & Light Industrial projects such as warehouses & storage facilities. In the role as Construction Manager you will work closely with the client and the General Contractor ensuring the space is built out to the unique requirements of the client.
What you'll need to succeed The client is looking for a Project Manager with a Degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering and 5-7 years project management experience with a General Contractor or Owners Rep firm. Tenant Improvement experience is most attractive but open to Ground up with a reputable General Contractor.
