Your new role

You appreciate knowledge, finding answers, learning new tools and applications, and figure out the way everything works.

What you'll need to succeed

  • At least 2-5 years of administrative/team support experience in a professional environment.
  • Proficient in intermediate functions including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat.
  • Attention to detail, team-focused attitude, and an ability to operate autonomously.
  • Strong organizational, time management, proof reading and multi-tasking skills.
  • Customer service attitude with the ability to deal with strong personalities, both internally, and externally.

Bonus skills and experience

  • Working proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM as well as understanding and proficiency with data tracking tools and/or applications.
  • A Bachelor’s degree a plus

What success looks like

  • You have strong planning and organizational skills and are highly effective at prioritizing tasks to see them through to completion.
  • You have experience with project management and execution of business collateral, you bring a can-do attitude to new challenges and innovative solutions to your clients.
  • You bring experience in creating/ formatting proposals, presentations, correspondence, RFP’s using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You have a quick mind and are comfortable with and interested in learning new commercial real estate-centric databases, including lease comparables, velocity, and active tenants.
  • You are confident in your ability to create/prepare content for proposals through conducting research, preparing surveys, comparative analysis, lease documents, etc.
  • You will administer, coordinate, update and edit collateral to support internal/external clients, sometimes independently, other times in coordination with our marketing department.
  • You will provide general office support through file management, organizing and documenting distribution and Salesforce contacts, note taking and general office maintenance, invoicing, etc.
