Your new role

In the Customer service representative role you will be answering any customer inquiries and processing orders. Ensuring to resolve customer issues as well as being able to work with a collaborative team environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work with confidential information and to handle customer inquiries. Takes personal accountability to follow through on customer commitments

What you'll need to succeed

You should possess excellent organizational, advanced technical skills and strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated. Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfils customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of customer service experience.
