Remote Director, Product Development – Perm. - $150,000 - $160,000

An American Company is seeking a Remote Director, Product Development

Role Description

• 10+ years of Product Development / Management experience in complex, technologically progressive, enterprise environments
• 5+ years of experience formally managing product managers across a multi-product portfolio
• Must possess extensive experience and knowledge of Medicare Advantage program (ideally 5+ years and current)
• Proven experience guiding and training teams on Agile best practices
• Very strong experience working with the business creating product roadmaps and managing all phases of the product development lifecycle
• Must possess extensive experience facilitating and leading meetings with stakeholders (internal and external) at the highest level (inclusive of C-Suite)
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline required

Preferred Skills / Requirements
• Relevant certifications strongly preferred (e.g. CSM, CSPO.)
• Prior experience standing up / creating a product management office from scratch preferred
• Prior experience leading adoption of product-centric delivery model preferred
• Experience with JIRA and / or Confluence preferred
