An American Company is seeking a Remote ForgeRock

Role Description

• Demonstrating experience with ForgeRock: OpenAM, OpenDJ, OpenIDM, OpenIG
• Demonstrating experience with IDaaS, Azure, Okta, or similar
• Demonstrating experience and ability to drive and engage in deep technical troubleshooting - Incident Management
• Demonstrating experience with Change Management
• Demonstrating experience with Directory Services, LDAP Operations, ACL/ACI management
• Demonstrating knowledge of IAM concepts (Provisioning, User Flows Authn, Authz, Federation, etc.)
• Demonstrating experience with protocols like LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, Ws-Fed, Kerberos
• Demonstrating experience with analyzing web application usage traffic using Fiddler, HAR files, etc.
• Demonstrating experience with multi-factor authentication and certificates
• Demonstrating experience with coaching / mentoring team members
• Demonstrating experience with Active Directory / SunOne Directory / Oracle Directory Server
• Demonstrating experience with Zero Trust conceptual knowledge
• Demonstrating experience with Splunk
• Demonstrating experience in Automation: Ansible, Bash, Powershell.
• Working in a team environment and being a team player, working in a distributed team environment
• Acting as a situational leader, self-starter, ability to deliver
• Demonstrating advanced written and verbal communications skills

Skills & Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience required with ForgeRock: OpenAM, OpenDJ, OpenIDM, OpenIG
• 2 years of deep technical expertise with the infrastructure and the application environment
• Technical Troubleshooting experience
• Operations experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) - L3 Support
• Administration / Management of Linux Systems, and Linux based applications
• Experience in CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery) and DevOps concepts/tools

Preferred skills (additional):
• Experience with version 7.x and/or experience upgrading to version 7.x
• Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS) preferred in computer science, information technology or a related discipline.
