This is a unique opportunity to join this expanding Global fin-tech company. This is a newly created role that requires, strong leadership and extensive compensation knowledge, covering compensation, benefits and rewards.

Reporting to the Head of People, this role will play an instrumental role in designing and rolling out groundbreaking compensation packages on a global scale.

Your new role
  • You will be responsible for planning, developing implementing and conducting compensation analysis for the entire company
  • Lead the Annual salary review process, including design, administration and communication
  • Carry out internal parity analysis as well as market benchmarking
  • Help define equity programs that provide competitive compensation package models
  • Manage total rewards for the company and collaborate with business leaders to design innovative ways to attract and retain talent
  • Develop key compensation strategies to support the attraction and retention of top talent
  • Identify and continually assess ongoing need for compensation process improvement

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related filed
  • A minimum of 12 years’ of relevant Compensation experience
  • Data driven, coupled with strong analytical skills to provide advanced and creative solutions for business leaders
  • Experience defining equity programs
  • Strong written and verbal skills, including the ability to work with and influence leaders to support the company’s strategic goals
