Our client is a global l real estate development, investment, capital and property management company with its US Headquarters in NYC. They have opened up a newly created role for an HR Business Partner at the Assistant or Manager level to join their HR team.
Your new role
To provide business partner level support to a designated group, including management of employee relations and recruitment. The role will also be working with the Sr HR Manager, developing, updating and implementing Country HR policies and processes. There will also be the opportunity to mentor some junior team members.
What you'll need to succeed
With at least 5-7 years of solid business partnering experience, as well as full cycle recruitment, you will ideally have come from the professional services industry – preferably real estate, investment, or financial services. You will have worked in a corporate environment and be open to mentorship.
