LMS Administrator – Contract – Princeton, NJ – $17.00-$27.00/ Hr.

A Pharmaceutical Company is seeking a LMS Administrator in Princeton, NJ.

Role Description

LMS Admin will support the development of the manufacturing training program’s baseline curriculum schedule and coordinate the execution with help from the manufacturing training team, utilizing multiple forms of training media. This role is responsible for communicating and identifying training needs for manufacturing operators. They will ensure new hires are on-boarded and given a training curriculum/ schedule to be qualified to perform their function. They will also ensure manufacturing operators maintain their qualifications. This role will also support the maintenance of training qualification records in adherence to our Quality System.

The Manufacturing Training Coordinator will coordinate the on-boarding of new employees, working collaboratively with the Training team, Manufacturing leaders, Quality, and IT to ensure new employees are set up for success on day one. Skills & Requirements

• Associates/Bachelor’s degree in HR, Training and Development, Business, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred experience as a training instructor or coordinator of a training program.
• Highly proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Familiar with training techniques and strategies.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are required
