This position will be fully remote throughout your whole contract duration.

Your new role
The Group Benefits Marketing team creates and executes B2B marketing strategies in alignment with Group Benefits’ growth initiatives in the small business, regional market and national accounts segments. Target audiences are employee benefits decision makers, brokers and consultants, as well as employee participants. Marketing strategies include market opportunity analysis, direct marketing campaigns, events, and creative content development. This role is part of the Group Benefits Product Marketing organization who is responsible for translating insights into strategic product value propositions and content. The Marketing Consultant will partner across the marketing, product, communications and sales organizations to drive efficient solutions, coordinating and executing on operational marketing needs with a focus on content management and development.

What you'll need to succeed
Strong attention to detail with solid project management experience, proactive coordination of in-process projects and future needs. Understanding of marketing strategy and communications, including proven copywriting/design capabilities. Self-starter with ability to make/contribute to recommendations, prioritize, manage and track multiple projects. Robust experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and adaptability to learn new software as needed. Service mindset, with a proven track record of collaboration. Strong creative problem-solving skills. 2-3+ years of marketing experience.
