An American Company is seeking a Matter Mobility Analyst in Brandon, FL.

Role Description

The IG Matter Mobility Analyst will work closely with the Information Governance Matter Mobility Supervisor and Information Governance Client Operations Senior Manager to support the Information Governance Department in data transfers associated with the onboarding and off-boarding of client matters and related matters.

Skills & Requirements

• Experience working with large dataset management / transfer
• Functional understanding of network engineering and security principles (e.g., protocols, routing, switching, filtering, firewall rules, etc.).

• Knowledge of IT applications/software (e.g. iManage, Milan, Sharepoint/ Sharedrive, ServiceNow, Windows Office Suite, Windows Server)
4) Knowledge with FTP's (file transfer protocols), CSV links, PSC's in Outlook
• Bachelor’s degree
• Law firm or similar professional experience
