Multifamily APM required for 500 unit podium in San Francisco
Your new company Our client is one of the leading Developer Builders in the Nation with a very successful track record of building high quality apartment communities. With a number of internal promotions this year an opportunity has opened up for an Assistant Project Manager to support the build for a 500 unit development near Dublin, California.
Your new role
As the successful Assistant Project Manager on this high profile project your key task will be to support the Lead Project Manager with the budget & schedule and manage specific scopes of work in terms of sub-contracts, RFIs, submittals & change orders.
What you'll need to succeed
The position requires at least 2-5+ years construction experience with ideally some multifamily projects. A wood structure background is most attractive. Experience in Procore and a positive attitude towards utilizing technology to improve processes & procedures is important to succeed in this position.
