Owners Rep Project Manager with lab experience required in San Francisco

Your new company
Our client is a leading Fortune 500 Real Estate Firm overseeing a large CAPEX program for a Global Tech firm based in Silicon Valley, San Francisco. This program has an opening for an Owners Rep Project Manager to join the tech labs division of the project development and space planning team who mange this large CAPEX budget.

Your new role
The CAPEX budget will be utilised on the campus to improve existing facilities, build out new spaces, upgrade infrastructure and create new hi-tech laboratories. In the role as Owners Rep Project Manager for the tech labs division the goal of your position will be to manage a portfolio of projects related to this area of expertise. You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring and closing your portfolio of projects. You will Partner successfully with the client and relevant stakeholders in the tech lab division and you will manage agendas, budgets, scopes of work and relationships with sub-contractors, Engineers, Architects and Consultants.

What you'll need to succeed
3-5 years construction project management experience with a General Contractor or other Owners Rep firm with a project focus on technical markets like Life Science, Hi-Tech, Healthcare, Clean Rooms or Higher Education labs. Due to the complex nature of the tech lab projects MEP experience is also desirable. You will enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment, work well under pressure and have the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks. You will have excellent communication with the confidence to engage with multiple stakeholders across the organisation.
