Our client is a leading Fortune 500 Real Estate Firm overseeing a large CAPEX program for a Global Tech firm based in Silicon Valley, San Francisco. This program has a unique opening for an Owners Rep Senior Project Manager to manage a portfolio of MEP energy efficiency & sustainability projects including some solar energy upgrade projects across the campus.

Your new role
A portion of the $450m CAPEX budget will be utilised on the campus to improve existing facilities ensuring they are more energy efficient & sustainable for the long run. In the role as Owners Rep Senior Project Manager for energy efficiency & sustainability the goal of the position will be to manage a portfolio of projects related to this area of expertise which will include MEP & solar upgrades. You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring and closing your portfolio of projects. You will Partner successfully with the client and relevant stakeholders across the tech & infrastructure divisions and you will manage agendas, budgets, scopes of work and relationships with sub-contractors, Engineers, Architects and Consultants.

What you'll need to succeed
7-10 years construction project management experience with a General Contractor, Owners Rep firm or sub contractor firm with a project focus on MEPF projects the last 5 years. Due to the complex nature of the projects a strong MEP background is a must and the client is keen for the successful Project Manager to have completed some solar projects the last few years. You will enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment, work well under pressure and have the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks. You will have excellent communication with the confidence to engage with multiple stakeholders across the organisation.
