Your new company is HQ'd out of Chicago and has offices in Tampa and Austin. This company has a 100 staff and is at a $100M revenue annually. They are predicting a $50M growth in the next 3 years, and have $26M in backlog in Austin already. They are a design build firm that have been awarded a $15M 4 story structured concrete post tension concrete structure, 55 units, High Density in Down Town Austin, its Multi Family but is like a commercial high-rise, with luxury high end finishes.
Your new role will be based in Austin, with NO TRAVEL required. The right candidate could have podium experience, hospitality/hotel experience and has managed multiple projects from dirt to completion, a strong APM on the cusp could be a good fit. Retail, light Industrial and Multi Family are their core sectors. The right candidate would also be working along side the PX, and would manage a team once projects start, there is huge opportunity for growth and leadership.
What you'll need to succeed is a proven track record of managing 1-3 Ground up projects, estimating and buy out experience a degree is desirable and good Tech skills, Procore certified is desirable and be familiar with Austin inspectors and the sub base here.
