An American Company is seeking a QA Associate II in Durham, NC.

Role Description

• In the role the QA Data and Reporting Analyst will provide support, maintenance and training on company's electronic quality management system (eQMS).
• Participate in validation activities of dashboards created in TIBCO Spotfire.
• Perform QC of monthly reports produced for both internal and external customers.
• Create and deliver training in the eQMS as well as metric dashboards.
• Serve as the SME for both the eQMS and QA data and metric dashboards.
• Provide support, maintenance, and training on company's electronic quality management system (eQMS)
• Execute computer systems validation activities, such as authoring and review of validation deliverables, execution, and review of operational qualification (OQ) and performance qualification (PQ) activities
• Design, develop, and validate metrics reports of quality data using analytic BI tools such as Spotfire Perform quality control (QC) of data used in quality metrics reports distributed internally and externally Manage the allocation of licenses for the EDA system.
• Provide subject-matter expertise for related to the eQMS system, including enhancements, and troubleshooting of EDA.
• Assist with production and resolution of monthly TrackWise administrative reports
• Assist in the creation/updating of training documentation and/or courses for quality intelligence dashboards, TrackWise , and related topics
• Assist in management of electronic content repository folders/permissions
• Serve as the internal website publisher, maintain the team’s web pages and other QA areas as required
• Perform corrections of data
• Respond to data requests during customer audits or regulatory inspections

• Experience with computer system validation deliverables a plus
• Experience authoring, executing and/or reviewing test cases for a regulated, computerized system a plus
• Experience with TIBCO Spotfire or another BI tool highly desired
• Experience with Crystal Reports development highly desired Training and/or end-user documentation creation and delivery
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially with Excel and PowerPoint Delivery of metric data and reports utilizing a Business Intelligence (BI) tool (Spotfire preferred)
• Required Education and Experience: HS Diploma and undergraduate degree in computer or life science or related degree with direct experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
