Senior HR Business Partner

Seeking strong Senior HR Business Partner for this global dynamic institution

Your new company
This world-class market leader is looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join their fast-paced, creative and innovative team.

Reporting to the VP of HR, you will be tasked with supporting C-Suite leaders to drive HR initiatives whilst offering day-to-day HR solutions. You will leverage off the Centre of Excellence to support the strategic initiatives of the company and play an integral part in the growth plans, cultural alignment and ultimate success of the business.

This role will be based in San Francisco and will be a hybrid role going forward.

Your new role
  • As a Business Partner you will be in charge of supporting all employees with the full life-cycle process including; executive coaching, employee relations, job levelling and compensation structures
  • Assist management with talent attraction, sourcing, retention, succession, pipeline planning and workforce optimization
  • Guide leaders through the yearly performance appraisals, annual reviews and total rewards management
  • Actively participate in annual budget planning/staffing forecasting process
  • Collaborate across various HR functions to design and deliver solutions to the business
  • Focus on supporting and handling all employees’ grievances

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resources or related field
  • 8+ years’ of strong HR generalist experience, gained from working within complex and dynamic business environments
  • Excellent communication skills, coupled with the ability and confidence to influence leaders
  • Be creative, adaptable, a critical thinker and passionate about people
  • Show the highest level of integrity with a proven ability to gain trust from all employees within the organization
  • Demonstrated commitment to fostering a workplace that practices Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
