Senior Infrastructure Server Engineer – CTP – Wilson, NC or Zebulon, NC or Charlotte, NC

Our Client is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Server Engineer in Wilson, NC or Zebulon, NC or Charlotte, NC
This position is critical to CA ESP batch monitoring of production, test, and pre-prod job schedules, as well as the one-time scheduling requests/changes in all three environments. Production Support Analysts monitor the processing of batch job applications for mainframe and/or distributed systems to ensure service and system availability and assist with resolution of production batch job failures and or delays. PSG Analysts also perform Incident Management for all production occurrences and delays, including escalations, email notifications, and facilitating WebEx/Bridge management. ServiceNow Incident application generates automated alerts/Incidents, PSG Analysts review the INCs, check documentation, engage support, assess impact, address accordingly, and update the work notes.
Skills & Requirements
• CA ESP Scheduling experience (Gui and Mainframe). ServiceNow experience. Mainframe 3270 (TSO, SDSF, MVS and JES2 commands).CICS (commands).
• BA Preferred or Equivalent work experience
