Our client is seeking a Labeling Project Coordinator in Santa Monica, CA.

Role Description

Work with functional groups including Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Packaging and Manufacturing to develop requirements for labeling text. Additionally, partner with Marketing and Regulatory to develop and finalize content and product branding elements of packaging & labeling for both the US and Global markets.

Responsibilities of the Experienced Labeling Project Coordinator includes:

• Design and layout commercial final product labels
• Coordinate review and approval workflows
• Acquire print proofs from print suppliers
• Review and approve print-proofs from print suppliers
• Coordinate test printing of any new components as the need arises
• Collaborate with cross functional partners to develop labeling text requirements as well as content and branding
