Denver-based General Contractor whose core focus is commercial construction projects, primarily in the Ground Up & tenant improvement space. High-end office spaces, medical/lab facilities, and additions. This GC is growing year over year and have built their brand through their repeat business from satisfied past clients.
Your new role
Leading and supporting a variety of SCIF based projects, and reporting to the Director of Operations, you will hold responsibility across all SCIF related Projects in the Field.
Ready to take a proactive approach and ownership of the project and be willing to assist and/or lead in new process implementation across the group. Must have commercial acumen and the ability to build, convey, drive, and actualize the client's vision of the project; ensuring all parties are always pulling towards the same objective.
What you'll need to succeed
- Will have experience as a Construction Superintendent delivering SCIF Projects across any portfolio (GU/TI/Build Out)
- Has completed and led multiple SCIF projects overseeing all elements of their projects from Conception to Completion/Handover, including client liaison and interface.
- Strong Scheduling experience is key
- Has the technical ability and comfort level to operate as the leader on large and complex projects
- Bluebeam, Microsoft Projects, and Excel Proficient
- Familiar with forecasting 4-6 week look aheads
