Office Administrative Assistant (Contract)

This contract duration is 3 months and is filling-in for someone on maternity leave.

Your new company

Our client is a consultancy firm within the Financial Services Industry, with a focus on debt and treasury. For over 20 years, they have been building and servicing lifelong partnerships throughout the US and are looking for an Office Administrative Assistant to join their team onsite in (Central) Houston, Texas.

Your new role

As an Office Admin Assistant, you will primarily handle event coordination and travel arrangements, alongside various administrative tasks, office maintenance, and ensuring adequate supplies are available to support both clients and employees. This position is onsite depending on office needs and could be anything from 3 to 5 days in the office, and full time (company hours are 8-5pm).

What you'll need to succeed

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
· 2+ years of experience as an office coordinator or administrator
· Ideally, you will come from Financial Services or Professional Services.
· Extensive calendar and travel management skills
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Proactive and able to work independently.
