This client is positioned to deliver a diversity of building services to clients throughout the Southeast.
Your new role
- Join our team and experience the full project cycle with one of our three Business Units - Heavy Civil, Commercial and Water Resources
- Supervise and coordinate activities of our field personnel, subcontractors and material vendors
- Provide input to Project Manager on job site issues or conditions and confer with Operations Manager to ensure production
- Must possess the ability to read and understand project documents, e.g., drawings, specifications, RFI's, submittals, subcontracts, and the owner agreement terms and conditions specific to your role.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 5 years of experience building commercial buildings.
- Must have experience building schedules, coordinating 20-30 subcontractors at a time, OSHA 30 Hour, provide constructability solutions and has participated in project interviews/ presentations.
- Strong Team Player
- Experience utilizing Microsoft products, Bluebeam, Procore, and other construction software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
