The Company and its affiliated entities’ primary business lines include investment management, real estate development, architecture and interior design and family office services.

Your new role
As the Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for:
Managing all accounting transactions and ensure compliance with GAAP.
Prepare budget forecasts and financial statements in a timely manner
Conduct month-end and year-end close processes.
Ensure timely bank payments and manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
Audit financial transactions and documents to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
Manage internal control policies and procedures.
Supervise accounting department junior staff and assist with any issues that arise.
Enhance financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.

What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
Proven experience as a senior accountant.
Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles.
Awareness of business trends.
Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.
