Skills & Requirements

• Mid-level: 5 to 7 years. Temp to hire. Candidate must be either on GC or a US Citizen. Local to McLean, VA (Hybrid Work Model).
• No specific technical skills however candidate must have worked in a Business Analyst capacity.
• Smart/talented goal communication.
• Bridging the gap between Business and IT stakeholders.
• Should be able to speak business and articulate business goals.
• Should possess good analytical mindset. Testing mind set. Find the gaps.; business basically throws requirements, and it is up to this analyst to identify the gaps/ambiguities.
