Our client specializes in projects within the government, Federal, Commercial, Education, Municipal, and Aviation sectors nationwide. They handle projects ranging from$10-$15 million typically, with larger endeavors reaching up to$40 million. With a track record of returning business, our client values strong relationships with clients and partners. Over the past 3 years, they have experienced consistent growth, expanding their teams across the board and are in year 1 of a 10-year nationwide project. Our client is now looking to expand their estimating team based in northern Virginia, having created a new position within the team.

Your new role

What you'll need to succeed

GC Experience: You should have a solid background working in a general contracting environment
5–7 Years of Estimating Experience: estimating commercial construction projects.
Government or Commercial GC Experience
US Citizenship: This is a requirement due to the nature of the projects.
Proof of Vaccination
BS Degree: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant construction/engineering field.

What you'll get in return

Base Salary: $115,000 based on level of experience
Car Allowance: $600 per month plus gas card
Bonus: 10% bonus
Vacation: 2 weeks of paid vacation.
PTO: Increases by 1 additional day each year of service.
