General contractor seeking a Project Manager to lead $500k - $2M interior projects

Your new company:
A well-respected, technologically savvy interiors general contractor who delivers a variety of projects in the Washington DC metro region. The company sits at around $100M in revenue with a total employee base of 40 and have been in operation for approaching 15 years. Due to continued growth within their interiors division, this construction general contractor are looking to add a driven Project Manager with 5+ years experience in the interior construction industry. Ideally, you will be a Project Manager that has ambitions to develop into a Senior Project Manager position and lead a team.


Your new role:
As a construction project manager you will take the reins and manage interior construction projects from start to finish and will be directly responsible for project planning, scheduling, cost control, subcontractor solicitation and buyout as well as all construction documentation and administration to ensure the retail projects are delivered on time and within budget. Typically, the construction projects are $750k to $2M in value and are either fit-out and/or renovations. The sector of projects could involve commercial office A-C grade, law and technology firms, education and healthcare aswell as local government and federal focused projects. The projects have quick fire construction schedules from 12 – 24 weeks.


What you'll need to succeed:
This general contractor are interested in talking to project managers with 5+ years in interior construction experience or current APM’s who are looking for a step up in their career. A college degree in construction, engineering, or similar is required and your commitment to delivering high quality projects is a must. You will be proficient in using Procore construction software.
