Your new role

In your new position, you will lead and manage the on-site subcontractor construction team and oversee all work on site. You will be responsible for orderliness on-site and ensure compliance with safety regulations. You will ensure quality standards are met, and all equipment and materials are available and organized on-site at all times. You will work directly with the Project Manager to coordinate with inspection authorities regarding permitting, inspection and approvals as necessary.

What you'll need to succeed

• 2+ years experience as a construction superintendent.
• Proficient with MS Office Word and Excel.
• Ability to travel and be on Project site for 4+ weeks.
• Experience working on hotel/hospitality interior projects is a must.
