Searching for a growth-minded and detail-oriented Transaction Manager for a smaller Dallas-based CRE firm.

Position Summary

Our client is a boutique commercial real estate firm. They are searching for an established and detail-oriented Transaction Manager to join their growing team. As a Transaction Manager, you will play a crucial role in their team by overseeing and executing real estate transactions. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to build client relationships will contribute to the success of their firm.

Responsibilities

Transaction Execution:

  • Manage lease transactions, including renewals, relocations, and new locations, for client portfolios comprising 500+ properties.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution from site selection through lease negotiations to final execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.

Business Development:

  • Gather data to identify potential clients and accounts.
  • Compile and organize data within our CRM system.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients, demonstrating our value proposition.
  • Develop new accounts and relationships through proactive cold calling.
  • Generate prospect lists to support business development efforts.

Support to Company Executives:

  • Provide ongoing support to company leadership, assisting with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Transaction Management within the commercial real estate industry.
  • Active Texas Real Estate Commission License as a Broker or Salesperson.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Preferred experience in [specific area or specialization relevant to your firm].
