Your new role

Responsibilities include managing scope of work, supporting procurement, supporting contracts, monitoring materials and billing, approving subcontractor invoicing, reviewing submittals, monitoring deviations in scope, maintaining job files, generating RFI's, and more. Working with municipalities and alternative delivery experience is needed.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you should have a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience in linear water & sewer projects or water & wastewater treatment builds. Alternative Delivery experience, preferably phase 1/ phase 2 progressive design-build or CMARR, is self-motivated and able to work with autonomy or part of a team.
