Our client is seeking a Jr. Technical Business Analyst in Atlanta,GA.

Role Description

The Junior Technical Analyst works as part of the Gateway Business Analysis team to provide support for Gateway products and services. The Junior Technical Analyst applies customer service skills to prioritize requests, respond to questions and tickets, conduct training, and create documentation that supports our products and internal processes. As part of the Business Analysis team, this position plays an important role in improving the internal and external customer experience by providing guidance to help users set up and use our products and services.

- Deliver high quality customer service to various internal groups, including: Product, Operations, Support and Certification
- Research, analyze, organize, and respond to questions and ticket escalations
- Prioritize support requests
- Conduct training for internal support teams
- Create internal training documentation
- Adapt to changing business needs and changing industry practices
- Stay up to date on new features and functionality
- Effectively manage small to medium projects
- Pursue job/career-related learning outside of the scope of assigned tasks, for example, classes, reading
- All other duties as assigned

Skills & Requirements

- Degree in related field, or equivalent industry experience
- Experience in Quality Assurance Testing in SQL database queries
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong analytical skills
- High level of writing proficiency
- Ability to analyze and organize complex material
- Adapt easily to new technologies, methodologies, and techniques; advocates for change when necessary
- Strong ability to successfully manage concurrent deliverables on time and with quality within fast-paced environment and under deadlines
- Experience reading and understanding detailed documentation for APIs
- Proficient with XML, SOAP, and/or REST API calls
- Experience in a software development or payment industry environment
- Experience with QA or Certification
