Your new role

In this role as a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include providing leadership for the various areas of civil project construction including cost planning, scheduling, engineering, supervision and management of all on-site workers. You will be in command of the project from the start right through to completion and the entire close-out process.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent education and experience required.

• Minimum of 5 years’ Heavy Civil construction industry experience, with experience constructing highways, roadways and concrete projects

• Thorough knowledge of Caltrans plans and specifications is required.

• Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities is vital.

• Demonstrated the ability to manage a team of varied disciplines.
