Your new role

What you'll need to succeed

• The ideal candidate should have 5+ of experience working as a Superintendent, preferably in the field of interior commercial general contracting.

• They must have a demonstrated track record of successfully managing intricate projects within occupied spaces.

• The ability to coordinate and oversee multiple fast-paced projects concurrently is essential.

• Proficiency in interpreting commercial construction plans and specifications is a requirement.

• Willingness to travel upon request for 8-12 weeks within and out of state

• 10 hour OSHA

• 4 hour Supported Scaffold
